Unusual?

I don't recall seeing a Fielders Choice,that wasn't an out. See below:

The throw went to home plate instead of the sure out at first. Whether or not the out was recorded at the plate doesn't matter to the hitter, he reaches first as a result of the "fielder's choice", and not an error or a hit.
