Your team does have some undoubtedly good pieces. Your pitching could use some work but:
Albert Belle rocks, you can't go wrong with Hornsby, Tubby Scales can rake and that Bagwell card puts up some of the craziest numbers we've ever seen(see Belle, Hornsby). Thomas is amazing but I can't imagine he's the best way to spend 11.44 mil. (u know i've only used bagwell once...)
Point is, you've got some amazing win conditions. Belle is arguably the best value hitter. He can go nuts AND is a 4R. I can never win in righty parks but they do usually win. Its always easy to overspend on certain things especially in 100mil but you gotta spread out your money in as best and efficient of manner as possible. Belle and Hornsby alone make up a near perfect 3+5, 4+5 or whatev. Having those two guys AND bagwell and thomas or two other similar role/price range guys doesn't make much sense. Make sure you have a good to great leadoff and #2 hitter combo, Hornsby alone warrants one.
For pitching, don't have any pitchers with ballpark homeruns against righties (#). Vida Blue will get smashed and Byrd doesn't seem any good. crazy unbalanced starters are...not so much. depends though.
Unless you have a stud RP like Murray, Wilhelm, Sutter, etc your starting pitching will get rocked. You can try to outhit em but without a stud weapon (150+ip guy) its awfully tough.
Starters: Higbe is great, hmm...idk for righty parks. JR richard (i like the cheaper one) if these guys are available.
Build to your division. If there are alot of HR parks, don't use pitchers with #'s.
Best of luck
