HAL, HAL, HAL !!!!!!

Top of the eighth, Elmer Flick (running 1-17) had just doubled to bring our team (All Time Great 200M Indians) to within one run. Manny Ramirez at the plate with two outs. HAL has Flick (stealing AA) try to steal third. OUT OUT OUT! WHAT? WHY? Luckily the Tribe erupted for 6 runs in the 9th to win the game. But still.....some of these bonehead managerial moves HAL makes.

I know lots of people have asked for "steal second all you want, but no way, no how, never, ever steal third (or home)."

I would like if they offered the "Min. % to steal" option . . . so you can specify a guy has to have at least a 75% chance or whatever. Because I might try to steal third with a 75% chance.

Also, I assume you made sure it wasn't failed H&R or something, right? Not like that would be much better with a hitter like Ramirez...
