Hitter Cards/Pitcher Cards

I had to look up old Emil Yde.

That card should have special pricing. Put him on your team and you get paid an extra 3 mil or so.

Actually I am not sure why the computer game cannot ignore the x rolls and have a super duper max fielding charts that would be referred to on any out roll. Thus pitchers with high go/ao ratios would benefit more from having a slick fielding infield.

I like that idea.

Unfortunately, the mechanics of SOM are pretty much cast in concrete by now. They'd have to redo every card from all 136 seasons, plus the NEL. It would be a monumental task. I'd much rather they focus their efforts into generating Cadillac seasons, maybe doing 2-3 a year.
