Misc stats: Ballpark effects

Under the Ballpark FX I show Grove30 with 1 HR and 10 under Opp column.
For Cy Morgan11 I see 3 under HR column and 7 under Opp column.

How do I interpret those numbers? Does that mean Grove gave up a ballpark HR off his card and Morgan gave up 3 off his card? If so how does that happen since neither pitcher has any # results on the card?

Also, what is the Rsup column?

I would assume the home runs resulting from ball-park effect are the results from both the pitcher's card and the batters' cards.

I would also assume the RSUP stat stands for run support?
Well, the legend on the bottom confirms that but as far as how it's
computed or why it seems to be only accumulated for the starting
pitchers (at least on my teams), I do not know. But that number
does match the total runs scored by your team.
