I assume Willie Wilson. He's a bit of a chronic underperformer whereas Chief'll hit. Never used him but daz alot of triples....
In strat, half the time its on the hitters card (1,2,3) and half the time it's on the pitchers card (4,5,6) so percentages (AVG, OBP) are obviously AVERAGES of the pitchers and hitters. Some of the games stud pitchers literally have BA's less than .050 with similarily low OBP's so the hitters we use better be able to get on base from their card alone. Guy's like Willie Wilson with that low OBP don't translate very well to ATG. (Same could be said about Chief Wilson) ALTHOUGH guys who hit alot of extra base hits have a card that reflects that meaning they get those extra base hits from their own card meaning that they WILL produce those things. In summation: if you're going to try and get a guy that does a particular thing, you better make sure he REALLY does that thing really well to ensure....well, that he does that!
