How do you add someone to draft users?
I am setting up a draft.
Can't find jfreeman. He was there 6 weeks ago.
How do I add him back into draft users?

There's an "add user" link on the login page, but it looks like diamond dope is having issues. Hopefully, I'll have it back up tonight.
