Shifting Sands

I forgot who put this league together and though I never played it sounded like a wild league. Each manager got to institute a rule for the league. So 12 rules ruled. Who came up with this league and would there be any interest in it again. I prefer 140 M leagues personally.

I'd be up for it. Heck, let's get the ball rolling.

1 Cruiser - All starting SS must bat lefty (no switch-hitters)
