No mention of fantasim at all from anyone running the show I am aware of.
ATG is going about the same as always. They did add one group of players, probably half of which only useable at lower caps. There have been some improvements, most notaceable to me are better stat reporting and reverse lineups. But essential game under hood such as bullpen, platooning/PH, defensive replacement about the same or worse.
Customer service has been a debate but general consensus is not as good as with TSN. Basically boards are ignored unless you get really out of line with criticism which will get you suspended or banned. One would think eliminating the middle man would make a difference. But don't think it has. That might lead in to a broad general discussion about middle men. Eliminating that may reduce costs as no need for a third person's profit. And that bears out as price to play has been reduced. But philosphically middle man can play the role of advocate having more clout than individual customers alone. And I think there has been some of that in play.
But these are just my observations and opinions and others will probably be more favorable or more critical depending on their personal experiences. For example there was debate about reverse lineups so where you fall on that could influence which side of fence you fall on.
They have added the email notification which I think has potential to be very useful but too soon to evaluate how well it works.
