HAL's playoff pitching decisions

One of the things HAL does which drives me crazy is that in the playoffs he will go to mop up relievers way earlier than he should. Games become blow outs when they would not be if better relievers were used. I think aces should be useable on short rest as well, although perhaps they should fatigue more quickly.

I would put my better relievers in the mop up position for the playoffs, that way they may be able to stop the bleeding in time for a comeback. In fact i do this now in the regular season as well since it's very hard for all my better relievers to get fatigued anyway. This may not be an option for you if you use the super reliever method though.
