Any ideas for this team?

Playing in Memorial '59. I think the team leans too heavy against LHP, but don't know where to move. Are RHPs going to hurt me or will I be okay? Hard to dump Hugh Duffy or Matt Williams because of this.

Also thinking of leading off with Bagwell. High OBP, great speed and lots of doubles. Any thoughts?
