HIs OBP has been great, but at 80m, forget it.
The only reason I used him was to try and replicate the Great 8 @ 80 million, in Griffin '57, in a way that might be successful. Sadly, I missed out on Perez and had to use Robinson and May, which meant Griffey got dumped.
Even sadder is this team, which blows. They started off great(31-18) and then have tanked like I've never seen a team tank before (65-75). Their fielding is great and the pitching has been ok. But the hitting has sucked. They can't put runs together, they won't steal. Robinson is a double play machine. Bench is barely better than May, and on and on. I just was very very wrong with my concept.

RE: 2nd basemen
I think most of the 2nd base options at 80 mill are trash.
@ 80 mill, I'm always stuck in a quandary. I want a great glove at RF/2nd, but the prices for those guys are way too high for a batter who is a lead off or number 2 hitter. For that price, I want a guy who can bang some dudes home.
Lajoie (8.78) is the only one who can do that, but even he is a little too pricey and I don't really need another righty.
I do think Nellie Fox is close. A great #2 hitter option and not too expensive.
Once I let go of the idea of having a 1 at 2nd and a mega arm in Right, things got much more fun.
I pay a huge price in fielding, but it gives me awesome hitting options and lets me field a team closer to what I want stylistically.
