Sacramento Solons

Just thought I would post an interesting article about my team's namesake. Sacramento has had Minor League baseball on and off since the 1880s and now they have the most valuable franchise in Minor League Baseball. But it was the incarnation between 1974-76 with the Brewers and the Rangers that was the wildest ride. They played in a football stadium (think LA Dodgers in the Colosseum) and it was a bandbox.

That's fascinating stuff I did not know. Thanks for posting.
