LEAGUE: FRANCHISE ATG - EXPANSION TEAMS ONLY (Read Rules)
Player Set: ATG 8, post-WW2
Skill Level: Standard
Draft type: Auto List Draft
Salary Cap: $110,000,000
Managers may own multiple teams: no
DH Rule: yes Waivers: NO - FRENZY at 11pm ET on day league fills
FA Drop Penalty: 10%
Postseason Format: 2 rounds: Best-of-7, Best-of-7
Description: YOU MUST CHOOSE AN EXPANSION TEAM SET, THEN ONLY DRAFT PLAYERS FROM THAT TEAM SET (EXAMPLE: NYY-EXP). IF A PLAYER HAS MULTIPLE TEAMS ON HIS CARD, HE BELONGS TO THE TEAM WITH THE MOST YEARS PLAYED FOR ON THE CARD. For Example: Paul O'Neill belongs to the Yankees because he played the most seasons on his card with the Yankees. IF HE HAS AN EQUAL NUMBER OF YEARS WITH EACH TEAM, HE THEN BELONGS TO THE TEAM HE HAS THE HIGHEST SALARY WITH. For Example: Randy Myers belongs to the Mets over Cincy because his highest salary is with the Mets. EXCEPTION TO THE Randy Myers RULE: If a player has just 2 teams on his card and the higher priced card is NOT A CHOSEN FRANCHISE, that player BELONGS TO THE FRANCHISE IN THE LEAGUE (Dave Winfield has NYY and Padres, with Padres being higher priced card. If NYY are a Chosen Franchise and the Padres are NOT, ONLY THE NYY CARD MAY BE USED! THOSE ARE THE DECIDING FACTORS FOR WHO BELONGS TO WHICH TEAM. Each Team MUST PLAY in a Corresponding Ball Park for that Team, like the Red Sox must play in Fenway Park. PLEASE NAME YOUR TEAM THE SAME AS THE TEAM YOU ARE DRAFTING FROM, such as BOSTON RED SOX. Be sure to look at which teams have BEEN TAKEN before drafting your team, as all teams are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. THERE WILL BE NO WAIVER PERIOD AS IT WILL BE UNNECESSARY.
