24 team cheapskate league - Filled. Thanks.

We have a 24 team, 45 million cap league forming and still need 8. No DH, standard drops and waivers.

Create a 60 million team but draft no more than 45 million in players. After the draft, SOM will cap the league at 45 million, so if everyone stays below that number then we can avoid having to watch that 15 million in the bank.

I am just finishing my first 45 million league and it was a blast.

The league is now public, just make sure that draft card stays under 45 million and we will cap it to make our lives easier.

I have been advertising it in my leagues, trying to recruit but a slow fill. Will probably just take it public tonight and hope for the best on rosters.

I know one of the issues is no DH, so many people are pissed at HAL's crazy pinch hitting for pitchers that the won't join a non DH league.
