I use my own calculations, so no guarantees.
I believe at 2nd: 2e5 is the same as 1e23
However that doesn't take into consideration the lost double plays the 2 rated fielder will turn. That is hard to calculate because of different factors. Forbes '57 will have more opportunities then Polo '41. Greg Maddux will have less chances then Kirby Higbie.

Using a formula that takes into account the total bases from the X-charts and the frequency of the x results occurring at 2b, a fielding OPS allowed can be calculated. This fielding OPS reflects the OPS allowed by that fielder based on his rating, just straight math.

2b-2 e5 allows .133 OPS over 162 games
2b-1 e16 allows .102 OPS over 162 games

So the 2b-2 e5 will need to have an offensive OPS .031 higher than the 2b-1 e16 for his value to be more.
