The proof of concept challenge

Sorry for the delay my internet connection was out yesterday. Thanks for dropping the conditions to 7 platoons, I figured out about having to carry 25, but was surprised at the difficulty in getting a team under 100M that will hopefully be competitive. I would also love to see your note on a platoon team. Let rework my list and figure out who to drop and I will get it entered shortly. Thanks.
