I think this league combined with marcs earlier similar themed league shows that how you build your theme is more important than the actual theme. A good player like marc or druid could win with any of the type teams. more interesting might be can overcome adversity league. for example. a team that leaves too much money on the bench vs a team with bad d up the middle vs a team in a power park with bp hrs on pitchers cards etc.
