4 spots left for B-Sided Franchise League

PostThu Dec 07, 2017 2:37 pm

Description: Pick one of the B-side franchises from the list given:

Some very good teams:

1) Phillies + Hecker (schmidt, alexander, carlton)
2) Mariners + T. Bond (griffey, Boone, Charlton)
3) Angels + H. Jennings (trout, percival, Jackson, Lynn)
4) Diamondbacks/Rays + L. Baldwin (2 Franchises) (Goldschmidt, Gonzo, Rays rp)

And the FA crop is crazy: Maddux, Leonard, Mathewson, Koufax, Gagne, Eck, Rivera, Ruth, Bonds, T. Williams, Mays, Musial, Mantle, DImaggio, Hornsby, Lajoie, J. Morgan, Foxx, Gehrig, Pujols, McGwire, J. Gibson, Posey, Hartnett, Dickey and many many more!!!

You will get at least 2 of these guys plus several more from the players I didn't list!

This is a Carded franchise league. If the player has ANY card for your franchise, you may choose ANY card the player has to play. The A-Side Franchise teams=Nel players cannot be picked UNLESS they have a card for your franchise. (A-side teams are: RedSox, Cubs, Indians, Tigers, Dodgers, Yanks, A's, Pirates, Giants, Cards, Braves, and Reds) Example: Dave Winfield has a Yankee and Padres card. So the Padres can pick him up. If you get a NeL player or a A-sided franchise player (who didn't play for your franchise) you must drop them before waivers unless they belong to a team. If you have more than one NeL player or A-side franchise player from the AD, please drop the highest priced player first and see if you can trade the other to a team that can drop them for you. If you pick players only from your B-sided team then there shouldn't be many players to drop. During waivers and FA a team can add any Nel or A-sides franchise players. There will be so many great players to choose from. Gibson, Aaron, Mantle, Ruth etc. Trades are OK as long as both teams have the rights to the players being traded. By opening night the only players that can be on your roster are the ones that have a card for your one of your franchises, NeL players, A-sides franchise players, and players you traded for. You must also choose a ballpark that your franchise played in. Please label your team name with the team you picked. Please read the rules and if you have any questions let me know. Something different and hopefully fun.
