Crazy impressive that this team won the WS w the post season stats that they had!

This is a crazy mix of players that I can't even imagine how this was put together...why is this manager NOT in the ATG Barnstormers tourney...?

Thanks! Let's not undersell how much luck was involved, but I appreciate it. And just to clarify, I do happen to be in the Barnstormers finals coming up, where, recent results notwithstanding, I am going to get my ass handed to me.

As an experiment, I tried to emulate your team in most aspects. Just wanted to see if it can work with the two stud starters and bullpen ace -- did not get everyone I wanted, but it's a DH league. What do you think? http://365.strat-o-matic.com/team/1477917

I'll be interested to see how it works out!

With a dh you can ride with Burke in the pen instead of spending on a quality 2nd reliever, which is nice.

My main concerns for you are Bob Walk, who usually kills me as a spot starter (he's 0-9 for me in one league), and no platoon for Carew at 1b (if I'm seeing that right).

Good luck!
