Decades Galore league open!

If say a team chose 1975 to 1985 and second team chose 1972 to 1982 then those teams could trade players that are years they have in common only! That's way I believe is fair and any players that both draft from those years in common it's first come first serve via draft and waivers and free agency!

That's too confusing for me - I agree with ratioman - should have mutually exclusive decades corresponding to 10s, 20s, 30s, etc.

And also decide on whether NEL players are free agents after waivers. And whether or not the NEL players with years are eligible or not within their decades

I've been in a few leagues where the rules were not clear at the beginning, and those are not fun leagues.
You should set up the league you want, but please have clear rules at the beginning.

If we can get no duplicate years great and i didnt want to come across as a dictator is all out of respect to Negri league players but not wanting a flood of them on each roster we will say 2 Negro league players can be added to each team after waivers on first come first serve basis but once added you cannot drop it add others these addition are to fill in gaps on rosters only not add a whole new free agentbpool! We could also adds Negri league's as an option counting as a decade onto and player drafts only from them! I'm good either eay@

You could draft maybe 2 Negro league players after draft and waivers to round a team out is sayim all for no duplicate years overlap if we can get enough players!

No Negro league players till after draft and waivers then frenzy awaits!

Ok no duplicate years DH waivers must have a ballpark from years you took 2 Negro league players per team after draft and WAIVERS
