Ok new league started with no DH. First no relief pitcher or starter reliever over 2.95 million can not have an endurance rating above 2. Good bye super reliever explotatation
Also releif pitchers above 2.95 must be used as closers and innings pitched shall not be abused. Next no hitter after 1987 is allowed. Looking to keep steroid players out and their roid rage numbers. Money available is 95 million this gives more flexibility than 80 million but is notcrazy money all like higher numbers. Let's have fun with Barry Bonds And dale murray or bruce sutter of world for a seaon.
