Do I understand that all Nel, all pre 1900, and all non drafted players are elgible for waviers, just checking since I am interested. During the initial draft you can only take players from your franchise teams?

And then after the wavier period, u can only make changes with your original franchise group???

My guess is that slee317 is talking about "SOM Franchise League" (http://365.strat-o-matic.com/league/437502). If that's the case, slee317 is correct that no NeL players are eligible. However, slee is incorrect about no pre-1900 players. For example, F.O.X signed up for the 1906 Cubs. As there are 18 1906 Cubs players with cards, F.O.X has to fill his draft with other low-priced deadball era Cubs from around 1906, which might include 1890 Tom Burns.
