Description: NO NL East Teams Franchises (Braves, Mets, Expos/Nats, Marlins, Phillies) and NO RUTH LEAGUE… UNTIL WAIVERS/FA. AT your initial draft Pick one of the available franchise pairings. Lots of amazing FA will be available: Ruth, Mathews, Jones, Schmidt, and so many more.
1)Indians/Rockies
2)A’s/BlueJays
3)Tigers/Royals
After the initial draft Negro Leaguers, Pre 1900 players, and the great players from the 5 NL EAST franchises will be available at the waiver wire. If your franchise has a card for a player that is on one of these franchises, you may draft him obviously. You may use any of his cards. So McGwire has Cardinal cards and A's cards. If the Cards/A's get him they can use any of his cards they want. Please use your team’s names in your name. Also you must use a franchise ballpark. And Trades are OK as long as teams own the players rights that they are trading. if you have any questions please let me know. Thanks Luker
