Small Ball League only 30 Home Runs or less per player card. Years are 1950 thru 2000 only, (no 2001 on). NL and AL cards (no NEL cards). DH yes, $140M with 5% drop. No Card above $10M for hitters or pitchers. Only 1 pure RP card above $5M per team. Also please make sure to pick a ball park from the years 1950 thru 2000
