Description: Starting opening day and beyond you may only have 10 TOTAL players (hitters and pitchers combined) on your roster with a salary GREATER than $2.00 million each. Choose your 10 studs wisely, since the wrong scrub or combination of scrubs at the wrong positions could cost you dearly at this cap. NO OTHER RESTRICTIONS!
