Yea know I might be missing something here but has Strat ever consider a live internet game? With all the internet tech out there that may kids utilize and play live internet games where they connect and play for hours. Couldn’t strat swing it and allow 2 people to just play with whatever’s set they please? Small charge per game and they would make a mint. Would even bring community closer together. It would promote social distancing. The divorce rate would spike but who knows the cross fertilization and increase in knowledge could create a whole new strato era.
Yes. Been playing it since the 90's. Am in 8 keeper leagues, 3 of them retro. The netplay tends to freeze up sometimes, but the game files automatically save at the point of the freeze/crash. I highly recommend the windows game!
I agree with Steve that the CD ROM is great but I am going to warn you it is a very dated set-up and not particularly easy to use, unless you are familiar with old school computer software. It is not a very intuitive setup. But if you can figure it out it is great. Especially if you know several guys for themed or keeper leagues.... I wish I could get in some retro keeper leagues. Or even a modern one. Though online play is pretty awesome.
