Preference- RF - Braves Field 1938

PostTue Sep 22, 2020 5:13 pm

Waner
King Kelly
Tommy Holmes - Pretty incredible Card, does not strike out,
Power, can not be injured, average and OBP

Any experience with him in a pitcher’s Park?

Thanks!

Don't like Waner on that team, I think you're probably weaker against RHP's than LHP's at first glance. Holmes and Piazza would be wasted in your park to a large extent. Are there a lot of home run parks in your division. Otherwise really like the lineup for your park. Shoeless Joe 6R would be nice.

Thanks. I may be the only small ball park. Piazza has been good for me in small
parks but I understand, there are probably better fits at Catcher.

Thanks for the feedback!

Agree on the assessment that the lineup may be under-invested vs RHPs.

Also think an easy slight change to consider is to ditch Lidge as the top reliever for someone without that many XBH both sides--he has a couple natural HR right side and 4 triples left. At 140M could probably find a better fit for your top dog in the pen. Granted that's not a huge thing and he is not a scrub--just a tweak on the margins. good luck
