It doesn't matter what his S rating is, you DON'T pull a good starter until he's tired.

Back in ATG8, I can't tell you how many times I saw Ryne Duren S5 toss a complete game no hitter for or against me.

I was on the opposite end of a Nolan Ryan one-hitter recently; however, the one hit he allowed was a double by Andruw Jones sandwiched between a walk and a sacrifice fly, and my team ended up winning 1-0.
