'custom feature leagues'

a few months back I participated in a 'nickname' league - the league organizer ( shame on me, I forget who it was... I blame old age ) arranged for Strat to add salary to teams based on how many players on the roster had nicknames.

I am interested in a somewhat similar concept - I would like the league to draft at, say, $80M or $100M BUT have a $999M 'cap' so that underperformers could be dropped and replaced without stunting (so to speak) the team.

alternatively, a 0% drop penalty league option would interest me - i mean, we have this ever expanding pool of players we all love (in some sense - I mean, I grewup a Cub fan, but I still sorta love Gibbie and Flood or, for that matter, Seaver and Cleon, or Garvey and Nettles - well, maybe not Garvey and Nettles) - so that the $10M guy who is hitting .210 after game 70 can be sent to rehab or whereever

anyway - does anyone know how/who to contact (at) Strat to arrange such a league?

apparently, they cannot (won't) create leagues with $0 drop penalty because of concerns that there will be too many drops and adds for the software to handle
