They added the https protocol over a weekend on short notice.
I have not ever asked much of SOM support, but every time I have, they have fully responded and quickly.
In fact, I think the only times I have asked for anything definitive was:
- consolidate some of my manager history from two usernames
- transfer credits to other managers
- add https to the forums
All were done with speed and personalized care.
And even when I have offered feedback to them of varying clarity without any specific request, I will say they have been responsive to learn more. I can't say I always knew what I wanted.
So, in an era of small companies being swallowed whole by the business environment or competitors, I will give props (and best wishes) to SOM to keep on truckin'.
