How long does it generally take for

I purchased a team about 45 minutes ago and never received a credit on my account to create the team. I sent strat an email and still haven’t heard anything back. How long do the normally take to respond? I’ve never tried contacting them before so I just want to make sure I sent it to the right place

My experience is they don't respond after 5 pm Friday or on weekends. I suspect you'll hear back Monday or Tuesday
