FILLED. THANK YOU! No 10s League - Most-Used Cards Deleted

Have you wanted to play in a league without all the gimmick cards and the cheap, unrealistic platoons?

A standard, $80M, No DH league using the No 10s custom player card set is forming and needs a few more owners.

In the No 10s player set, all cards that have a Usage rating of 10 have been removed. You can view a card's Usage rating in Info/Help > Player Set Browser > Stats History tab. A 10 rating means the card is among those that are used the most.

I would love to see it be even more restrictive, perhaps eliminate everything above a 7 or 8. Thoughts?

We've toyed with that idea, and I agree it would probably be fun to play in that kind of league.

Gotta tell you that it was a whole lot of screen-scraping and spreadsheet magic that allowed me to create the spreadsheet to upload and create the No 10s custom playet set. You cannot just download a spreadsheet that has the Usage info on it, and then filter the download to remove 10s (or 9s, 8s, 7s, etc.)

As it is, you will notice a huge difference in how the games and the season play out..... more realism, better pitching...and best of all, no Duncan, Mercer, Gates Brown, cheap Tekulve, cheap Linzy, Kittredge, Brouhard, et al skewing the results.
