How can I create a draft order for a live draft

Help!! A couple of months ago, I was able, (as commissioner of the Armchair) to create a draft order. Since then I do not see how or where I can do that. When I created the leauge, I choose live draft, private league, I hit the button to become commissioner. I can go to edit and create divisional assignments by dragging etc. But no where do I see where I can create a draft order. This is Armchair 103 a keeper league.
