New Theme League - Season 3

The whole point of this league is two fold. 1. We get to play with guys that we grew up with and remember 2. We get to try and win with different teams. You can use different players than the last guy did. It is impossible to have completely new teams every season since that would limit it to only two seasons.

As Davesodu said, the only changes were because those two guys got the exact same team which definitely wouldnt be fun. As per the rules on page 1 that were made before Season 1, they get the next randomized number that allows them a different team.

12 team league

ATG9 (exp) set only. These are the players that most of us saw and grew up with.
$80 mil cap (This gives every team a chance to win, not just the Yankees, Dodgers and Giants)
(It also makes you field a real team as it will be harder to have all superstars and platoons)
No DH (Pitchers hit so you will need to spend some money on a bullpen)
Ballpark: Must be one of the parks that your team used from 1961 to now
No trading. Team name must be team name listed in ATG 9 file. IE California Angels (not LA Angels or Anaheim Angels)

We will have a signup of 1-12
We will run a randomizer of 1-30 to match a team up to each manager.

IE Randomizer goes 14,20,3,17,30,10, etc that means team number 1 gets Kansas City, team number 2 gets NYY, team number 3 gets Baltimore, etc.

We play a season with these teams and then we do it again with one exception. You cant repeat a team so if you end up with a repeat you get the 13th team in the randomizer order. If more than one team gets a duplicate then first team in draft order gets 13th randomizer and second team gets 14th and so on.
