If you have not contacted support and got a resolution save some time up front.
Log out, close all browsers and start fresh with a new one, clear your internet caches, close that browser. This should get you a clean slate. Start another browser session, log in and try again. If still will not work try a different browser such as firefox or chrome.
When you contact support let them know you have tried clearing caches and which browsers do and don't work. You may have to permanently switch browsers. For example some features will not work for me in IE9 (leading browser by microsoft) so I an forced to use Firefox. Based on lack of response I assume they have given up trying to identify why all features will not work in IE9.
