$10 referral credits - what happened?

I don't know if this question was ever answered, but what ever happened to the $10 referral credits. I should have two, but I don't see anything on my account. I also have another friend who is interested in joining. Can I still get this credit?

I think that was a TSN enticement and if so doubt it was carried over.

What about the credits that we should have received before the switch-over?
