Ruining Players

I know how to ruin players. I put them on my team.
Take Maddux for example.
He pitched in 2 games involving my teams tonight.
Against me, he gets half the rolls on his card and beats me 3-1.
For me, he gets a third of the rolls on his card and gets shelled 10-4.
My Maddux is 10-11 with a 4.60 ERA
The other guys Maddux is 15-7.
And this is not the first time Maddux has sucked for me.
It seems every game there is a streak when 5 of 7 rolls will be on the hitters cards and they will all be hits.
It is frustrating.

The randomness of the game can be maddening.

I've put the 10M Pedro in 100M leagues at Minute Maid twice:

First season: 33-5, 2.60 ERA, 400 Ks
Second season: 14-21, 5.20 ERA, 280 Ks
