Description: CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE TEAM OR CHOOSE A TEAM THAT GIVES YOU THE BEST CHANCE TO WIN! THE RULES ARE SIMPLE: YOU MUST CHOOSE AN EXPANSION TEAM SET (NYY-EXP), THEN ONLY DRAFT PLAYERS FROM THAT TEAM SET. IF A PLAYER HAS MULTIPLE TEAMS ON HIS CARD, HE BELONGS TO THE TEAM WITH THE MOST YEARS PLAYED FOR. IF HE HAS AN EQUAL NUMBER OF YEARS WITH EACH TEAM, HE THEN BELONGS TO THE TEAM HE HAS THE HIGHEST SALARY WITH. FOR EXAMPLE, McGWIRE BELONGS TO OAKLAND BECAUSE HE HAS THE MOST SEASONS WITH OAKLAND. RANDY MYERS BELONGS TO NYM RATHER THAN CINN BECAUSE HIS HIGHEST SALARY YEAR IS WITH NYM. SO PICK AN EXPANSION TEAM AND GO DRAFT! PICK A CORRESPONDING BALLPARK IF YOU WANT, OR PICK THE PARK YOU LIKE BEST. PLEASE NAME YOUR TEAM AFTER THE TEAM YOU DRAFT FROM (ex. Boston Red Sox) SO OTHERS KNOW THAT TEAM IS TAKEN. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ON TEAM CHOICES. THERE WILL BE NO WAIVER PERIOD AS IT WILL BE UNNECESSARY. LOOK TO SEE WHICH TEAMS HAVE ALREADY BEEN TAKEN. THERE ARE AT LEAST 12 QUALITY TEAMS TO PICK FROM!!

Questions:

1. Are we restricted to the card for the team selected or any card in the expansion set. Eg. Even though McGwire belongs to Oakland, can the Oakland owner use a McGwire St.L. card?

2. What if no one selects Oakland or what it Oakland owner doesn't use McGwire? Can St. Louis owner draft him or pick him up on waivers?

1. NO, McGwire belongs to Oakland therefore St Louis card may not be used.
2. IF oakland was not a chosen team I see no reason why St Louis could not use him, but since the odds of Oakland AND St. Louis both being chosen teams this is probably a mute point.
