From a customer service perspective, it's always better to roll out a new feature that's more than what's asked for - than to make big promises and then fail to deliver on them, or to implement them piecemeal a little at a time. I'm glad they did their homework and gave us a top-notch manager rating and career record feature. It's too bad it took so long to implement this - something we had previously, but at least it's a significant upgrade, and there won't be a lot of grousing about what's not there. I like it! Thank you.
