2. After draft you may select two others who have NOT played for any of the franchise listed (example Ripken not tied to any team).

3. Several players have played for several of these franchises (example Piazza, Mets, Marlins, Padres and can be had by any of the 3)

4. Draft will be selected by random numbers

5. Last team selected will have 1st pick of NEL Players

6. Questions or suggestions before we start drafting may adjust errors in this league.
