looks like it will be 140 m cap, and either NO dh, or I'm proposing, whoever drafts first in a given season can decide whether that season will be DH or no DH. We will run a random generator to determine season draft order, then post a grid to see where you draft season to season. everyone gets one season at each of the 12 draft positions.

thanks guys, looks like 140m, with the team that drafts first each of the 12 seasons determining whether we play that season with the DH or not. I'll send you draft notice and or post it here. Not sure if we want to start before holiday, but maybe we might as well, that way maybe we can be done by new year and ready to roll. ideally we would draft the league by next friday so its not an issue, but that's probably unrealistic.

Here's the team numbers we'll use to run through random generator to determine draft order for season one, and to set up grid.
