I am interested but are you sure you can go that low?

When I go in to create a team I get the message: "It's recommended that you stick with the pre-set salary cap levels above, but if you'd like to create or join a league with a different cap, you may enter a number in the box above between 60 and 200 ($60M - $200M)."

Looks like nothing less than 60M is allowed? How would this work?

Everyone would just agree to only use $45M of the $60M salary cap.

I'll have no access after tonite until Sunday evening, if it fires up that fast leave me behind. Also, I swore off non-DH leagues, there's too much out of our control to have HAL pinch hitting and then double switch the best hitter out of the game and move around fielders out of primary positions.

Would there be any interest in doing this as a live draft, either on the boards or Diamond Dope? I'm on board either way, but I think a live draft at this cap would be very interesting and completely unpredictable.
