A few clarification questions:

1. Does Pittsburgh get to use Barry Bond's SF card, or are they limited to the Pittsburgh card? Same question for Hornsby with the Cubs, and others similarly situated.
2. If after the normal draft, let's say a player is picked up because he played at some time for the acquiring team (but not carded), then any of his cards are available to that team?
3. With the last pick getting 2 NEL players, does that team get two consecutive selections first, or is it one selection then wait for the second selection until every other team drafts their pick?

1. Any Bonds card can be used
2. Yes any card as long as he played for that franchise at one time regardless if he has a card
3. Last Franchised picked will have 1st and 13th pick of NEL players

SUGGESTION:

You may want to give the 12th pick any three or four franchises they'd like. Whoever has that pick will be limited to expansion era players (with the exception of guys like Willie Mays whose Giants cards will be available to the Mets) and to one Strat grouping (ex. NYM EXP) while all the other teams will each get a DB, PRE, POST and EXP grouping.
