140M DH Franchise themed league - 2 spots left!

Hello,

We'd like to have a franchise ATG league, with the option to include up to 3 Negro League players per team. 140M league with a DH. Pick your franchise below, and if you want players from the Negro League, simply put them as one of your top 3 picks, or lower if you're gunning for a player on another team (Babe Ruth was on the Red Sox!).

I would assume that if you are the REDSOX and draft Ruth you MUST use him as an SP.....Assuming you MUST play with a card from the FRANCHISE, i.e. the Yankees couldn't use ARod's Ranger card, but would need to use one of his 2 Yankee cards???

Correct, you can only use cards that are from your franchise, even if players have other cards in the set. There will be a competition for some players, so keep that in mind when you set your rankings. I do think that all franchises will be able to field competitive teams with the Negro League players, even if they lose out on a player or two.

Happy to help fill this league, but the available franchises (Reds, White Sox and Phillies and others) have a much thinner talent pool and may not be able to compete unless they are combined with another franchise. Any chance the commish posts a few combo options?

Phillies have several 400 hitters plus adding Ole Pete and 3 nel players make them extremely competative ...Reds Morgan Larkin Votto Frank Robinson possible

TefJ, quick question - the limit on NEL players in your draft list is 3, is that correct?
In other words, a manager cannot include 4 and if they get all 4, drop 1?
