Wow. That's a mic drop situation. Well done!

FWIW ... I think the consensus was that having a 30 game winner was harder, nearly impossible.

I totally agree that a 30 game winner has got to be way harder. That said, I am now inspired to try to put together a team with one stud starter one excellent closer, and a bunch of scrubs for the rest of the pitching staff. I figure if I can load up on offense maybe that one stud starter could get 30 wins?

I had a similar thought a while back. Best starter available and then a bunch of scrub starters so you have the money to load up on hitters and try to get him 30 wins. Never did it. Be curious to see how it goes if you try it. Don't necessarily need the excellent closer as long as the starter is an S8 or S9 guy, could get by IMHO with a Henke or McBean type instead.

I might give it a go one of these days. One big obstacle for me is I prefer non-DH leagues, which ups the degree of difficulty.

Well, speaking only for me, I've NEVER had four 20G winners. Congrats!

I'm going to give the 30-win thing a try with this squad: http://365.strat-o-matic.com/team/1458277.

I'm not optimistic, but it should be fun. :D

Good luck with that. Please keep us posted.

I'm still thinking of trying it as well. But, gotta decide whether to write off the credit or actually try to build a winning team ... Hmmm ...

One stud worked out, but lost finals.

Here's a team with one stud 30 game winner and 4 other starting pitchers whose combined salaries were barely worth more than the stud:
