NO LEADERSHIP @ S.O.M. HQ

I post this seemingly every 2 years:

A customer complaining about the Topps Chewing Gum company and about Topps baseball cards:

"We are lint in their pockets, they don't even know we are here!!"

This is how I perceive the customer service here.

Have not checked in for a while now. I see nothing has changed.

Salty sense of humor did make me laugh. Hope everyone is doing well. Surprised how little I have missed playing.
Strato itself that is. Many of they guys on the board have missed.
