We play 200 mil drafts. Silver King is awesome. Edgar M, used in platoons, I have McGraw at 3b, great OBP. Dimaggio's card is very best, being used in a 130 cap, league as is Klu. Not totally answering your question, Frank Bailey is grabbing Silver even at 130 cap.

He's something like 22-1 stealing bases on a team of mine. So stop talking about him please. There's nothing to see here, move to another thread.

McGraw really does suck. Barely halfway through the season, he has been injured six times already in BS E2.

Good thing there's no such thing as a recurring injury bug.

yeah- that sure doesn't exist-
its not like say the same pitcher getting injured 4 times or anything

as a non-aside - we are still here waiting for the second set of players to be added- I find this so friggin annoying that they cant stick to a schedule they've endorsed.

I’ve used some of the new players, especially the inexpensive RP’s who can close. But still seeing the same cards, constantly, in the 80M leagues. Joel Pineiro. Every league. Ryne Duren, with a starter rating in a year he started ONCE as a rotation mainstay. And why do people love Halama so much? Seen that card used as a regular contributor many times. My God, is it a trash card. As for using who I nominated, I had Mike Norris get in, and i’ve used him several times. Not sure about new batches. We seem to just bring in more unneeded offense. The non-* SP adds have been great, though. Can Field a good rotation with strong potential. Not that that stops the whole, Pineiro, Duren thing (it’s nearly every league I’m in).

So use them yourself!

Any RP can close in this game. Use Halama as your closer vs. RHB!

We should put together a petition to reprice the 2001 Mariner cards and the 1994 Expos as well. Duren is not part of that cohort but Pineiro, Henry and Heredia sure as hell are. Changing Duren to a reliever only would solve that issue. Those four cards are so grossly underpriced that they contaminate every draft at 100M or lower.
