I'd use Sherry as both Righty Specialist and Mop up and would bury Famer as the 2nd Righty Specialist at the bottom of the list.
Middle man and setup do get you the most innings. But setup and closer give you the most important innings.
With this team, although we don't know the cap, a lot of money was spent on the pen for a 100M or less league, so I assume it is a higher cap. Depends on the quality of the starters as to the two roles I would assign Abernathy. Assuming they are good, then he gets first tier setup and closer, Myers gets Middle Man and also second tier closer. I would use Gossage as second tier middle man and setup and the other three are specialists with Sherry and Venafro sharing mop up as well.
Of course that is just the baseline assignments. Against a lefty friendly park, Venafro gets Middle Man and Myers gets second tier middle man and set up and set to F6 so he gets some saves as well when Abernathy isn't available.
I arrived at this approach by trial and error but after a slow start getting ATG 9 rings, I have managed to to garner 7 rings from my last 10 completed teams...
