Are managers required to use the card of the player they draft, or are we allowed to draft the lowest priced card and then use any card of that player?

We did this type of draft back in Jan. It took 2 and a half days. There are owners and most other owners now who they are that can't adhere to the red paragraph in the league description. So with out going any farther some one else can take over this or it can be dissolved.
